If you choose to return an item, the value of any applied rewards will be reinstated to your account.
RETURNING A PURCHASE MADE USING A REWARD
You'll be refunded as normal via your original payment method. Your refund will reflect an items cost after the value of any rewards has been deducted.
The value of any rewards used against the returned item will be credited back to your account.
WILL MY ENTIRE REWARD BE REINSTATED?
For purchases containing more than one item, rewards will be distributed proportionally across the whole purchase, based on each items value.
If you don't return your entire purchase, the reward value applied to returned items will be reinstated - not the entire reward.
